Lorunio app privacy policy

Who is responsible?
Lorunio is operated by Scandic Management Limited. For privacy and support enquiries, contact aghaashraf@gmail.com or use our support form. Lorunio is the app’s brand name.
Your records stay on your phone
The app stores your selected routine, fasting start and end times, fasting history, optional energy and manageability check-ins, notes you choose to enter, optional weight measurements, reminder preferences and read-lesson status on your device. It stores whether its adult and suitability checks enable fasting tools; it does not save your detailed suitability answer.
We have not added a Lorunio account, server database, cloud synchronisation, advertising, behavioural analytics, an AI coach or an in-app payment service. The app does not send these local records to Scandic Management Limited or a third-party health-data service. It does not access contacts, microphone, location or Health Connect.
Security and reminders
The native Android app encrypts its stored records and keeps the encryption key in the device’s secure storage. Device security still matters: use a screen lock and keep your phone up to date. Local reminders require notification permission and can be turned off in the app or Android settings. Android may delay reminders because of battery or focus settings.
The app is configured to exclude its saved records from automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer. It provides no Lorunio cloud recovery service. Uninstalling, clearing storage or losing a phone can lose your records. The separate development browser preview uses browser storage without app-level encryption and should contain sample data only.
Exports and importing
When you choose to export a backup or CSV, the app creates an unencrypted file and lets you choose where to save or share it using your phone’s file or sharing tools. A JSON backup contains local settings and records, including notes; a CSV contains fasting records, check-in ratings and weight measurements, without notes. Only export to a destination you trust. That destination’s policies apply.
Importing a backup replaces local records after you confirm. Age and suitability checks are requested again and reminders are switched off. The app does not upload a backup to us.
How long records remain and how to delete them
Local records remain until you edit or delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. In the app, open Settings → Your data to export, restore or delete records. Individual fasting and weight records can be deleted from their detail page; today’s check-in can be deleted from its check-in page. Hiding weight tracking does not delete measurements. Deleting in the app does not delete files you exported or copies held by a destination you chose.
Support and external services
If you open a source, support or privacy link, the app opens your browser. It does not attach your health records or notes to the link. The destination receives the ordinary technical information associated with a web visit. If you choose to contact support, the information you submit is processed through our email provider and, for the website form, Web3Forms. See our website privacy policy for purposes, providers, retention, international processing and your rights. Please do not send medical details or exported app records.
Google Play and Android may process installation, device, security, crash or diagnostic information under their own policies and your settings. Such platform processing is separate from a Lorunio account or analytics service, which this version does not have.
Your rights and questions
We cannot access or retrieve records held only on your phone. The app’s local export and deletion tools let you control them. For personal information you have sent us, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, depending on the circumstances. Contact aghaashraf@gmail.com. Adults and general wellness
Lorunio is not intended for anyone under 18. It provides general wellness tools and does not replace a doctor, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your own healthcare team’s advice. Read the safety information.
Changes
If future versions add accounts, syncing, analytics, payments or other processing, we will update this policy and any required in-app information before introducing those features.
